Left the dealership because of their lack of knowledge to properly diagnose an issue I was having with my vehicle, a coworker recommended All Pro Auto care, their technicians diagnose the problem and the cost savings was huge, didnt have to replace a part that I was told I needed by the dealership, been taking my vehicles to them ever since, do I need to say more. They are outstanding, communicate your vehicle diagnoses, keep you updated if something changes, competitive prices and most of all outstanding customer service, makes you feel like family. I have yet to be disappointed. They might be a smaller business, but very effective. Brian

I took my car here to get freon in my car since my air conditioner wasnt working.. I left it there all day since I had to be at work. I come back and they informed me they did a recharge to my car. They charged me 214$ just for a service to do nothing!!! They told me it would cost 3,888 to completely get my car fixed and now I have a coolant leak! This is horrible!! I had to ride around Fernandina with my child in the back seat in a hot car due to them not doing anything!! But no they charged me 214$???? Such a mess. I went somewhere else to resolve the issue plus the leak for 376$!! DO NOT GO HERE. OWNER IS A THIEF AND LIAR. He laughed on the phone when I told him I was upset! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

Got a reasonable quote on Friday and dropped it off Monday morning. Had it back by lunchtime that same day. Every interaction was informative, friendly, and positive. They even let me talk to the tech directly to confirm no bad omens in my transmission pan. Open air shop at the beach looks like a good place to work too so you know you will get extra good service if the weather is nice.
