So you're the guy that called up wanting spark plugs in an old Traverse right? Some one competent did answer the phone and knew spark plugs are not going to cure your problem. Can't even bring it by for us to even listen to. The career technicians here know more than you, and have vast experience with your high milage engine and the more likely causes of your problem.
