Eric and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my brakes were functional and safe; while they couldn't find the reason my brakes are making noise, they assured me that the vehicle is safe to drive back to the dealership so I can have my concerns addressed under the warranty. The staff working today were super-sweet to my little boys and treated them with impeccable respect (companies don't often treat children like people!). They refused to accept any payment from me, too! I am floored by their kindness and honesty. I will be customer here for as long as we live in Jacksonville!
