As always, my recent experience with All Pro was excellent and I will continue to recommend them to friends.

Did an awesome job and everything works as it should. They worked with my insurance program and there was very little effort on my part. Only had one minor problem that took me less than 5 minutes to fix myself ( just left some aftermarket lighting wire unplugged...no big deal)....and not open on the weekends which makes it hard for people who actually work to do business there.

Everything went as planned, no surprises and the work was done promptly. May your and the rest of your staff have a great Christmas and prosperous new year.

The Lifetime Guaranteed Alternator needed to be replaced again. The van also was running rough when I dropped it off. They discovered that the harmonic balancer had gone bad and replaced it. They called before all repairs were started to discuss.

The people at All Pro are awesome!! As most people know the everyday work and interactions the we all have with various business is, for the most part, unremarkable. Everyone does there job and services are provided as expected. It's only when adversity strikes do we get to see the true nature of a business. Unfortunately such adversity occurred on a recent visit and to be honest I was gearing up for the battle when I was put in awe. Without blinking an eye or my needing to get my Irish up, All Pro immediately stepped up. I didn't have to beg or plea to have things remedied. My mind, scatted as it is, was put to rest. Thank you All Pro for your integrity and professionalism. When all was said and done I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends or family. An Excellent repair job as always. Another reason that All Pro Automotive is my "Go To" shop for all of my automotive repair needs. They replaced the valve cover gaskets on our 02 Nissan X-Terra, and did such a clean and professional job, the engine looks good as new. And it no longer smokes from the oil leaking down on to the exhaust manifolds.

Replaced a wheel bearing on my F-150 about a month ago (sorry for not posting this earlier, my bad) for about half the price as... another shop and did an alignment. My truck has never ran so smooth. Great customer service, great end result, great turn around time. Thanks guys. Edit 01NOV16: they called me this morning just to see how the truck was running and making sure they did everything they could for me. They definitely have my returning business.
